Alternative dispute resolution refers to disputes with a value of more than EUR 20 and can only be used when resolving a dispute between a consumer and a seller arising from a consumer contract concluded at a distance or relating to a consumer contract concluded at a distance, whereby a consumer is understood as a natural person who, when conclusion and fulfillment of the consumer contract does not act within the scope of his business activity, employment or profession.
