1. Procedure.
Returned products must be unworn and clean. Also pay attention to branded packaging and boxes. We would have to take their damage into account in the further return procedure. Also include a form for withdrawal from a distance purchase contract in the package, if you request a refund. In the case of exchanging goods, include a form for exchanging goods in the package. You can find these forms on our website, in the product description - in the Attachments item, or you received them when confirming your order.
2. Send the package for free via Packeta - Zásielkovňa where you report the code 95745522 - R.G.Shop to the operator.
You can find the nearest branch at www.packeta.sk/pobocky and request a confirmation of shipment from the operator. If you choose a different delivery person, use the address stated on the invoice, in which case we will not cover the shipping. You are not sending the package on delivery - our warehouse will not accept such a shipment.
3. Done.
As soon as we receive the returned goods back to our warehouse in Komárno, we will refund your money, or in the case of an exchange, we will send it to you immediately. The refund usually takes up to 5 days, but we try to refund the amount sooner.
