In accordance with the new EU Directive on Consumer Rights, which entered into force on 13.6.2014, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason. If the consumer exercises the right to withdraw from the contract within the specified period, he acknowledges that the supplier is entitled to demand reimbursement of the demonstrably incurred necessary costs associated with withdrawal from the contract. By withdrawing from the contract, the contracting parties are obliged to return the services provided to each other. If the consumer has already received the ordered goods, he is obliged to return them in the original undamaged packaging. If the consumer returns the ordered goods damaged, partially consumed or in a condition that does not correspond to the condition in which they were sent by the seller, he acknowledges that the seller is entitled to cover the resulting damage, which the seller is obliged to prove, from the amount paid by the consumer for the ordered goods. Special protection in case of lack of information: if the seller has not clearly informed the customer about the right to withdraw from the contract, the period for returning the goods is extended to one year. The period for withdrawing from the contract begins when the consumer receives the goods.
In case of withdrawal from the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery, please contact us at the email address rgshop(at)boxclub-kn(dot)sk and provide the following details:
- product name/code
- date of delivery of the goods- invoice number.
Please send the goods to us no later than 14 days from delivery.
Enclose a letter of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods, where you state:
- Your name, address and telephone number, product name, product type, provide the account number if you wish to receive a refund.
- invoice number.
- Your signature and date.
Please also send us the original proof of purchase with the goods. Please send the goods in the original packaging/in the original box, or other original packaging, so that they are not damaged or soiled upon delivery. We recommend that you insure the shipment. The operator is not liable for loss or damage to the shipment by the shipping company. The amount of the subsequent refund is exclusive of postage costs.
