Shin and instep protectors in accordance with IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Amateur)
These popular shin and instep protectors from Paffen Sport are characterised by their good padding and excellent price-performance ratio. They are CE tested and approved for competitions according to the conditions of the IFMA (International Federation of Muaythai Amateur) and offer safe protection for the sensitive areas on the shin and instep. This makes them ideal for training in various martial arts such as kickboxing, K1, MMA and more.
The breathable cotton stretch is easy to slip on and ensures a secure fit on the legs and feet of young people, women and men without cutting off the blood supply.
The inner material is made from a soft, skin-friendly cotton fabric that absorbs perspiration well and improves air circulation.
The openings at the waistband, heel and toes are sewn with sturdy and soft cotton threads that prevent tearing and do not chafe the skin.
The Allround shin and instep protectors are available in four different sizes. There is also a children's size in the colour black.
This is what you should bear in mind when caring for them.
Because the shin and instep protectors are made of high-quality stretch cotton, they will last for several years if cared for properly. They should therefore only be machine washed at a maximum of 30° with a mild coloured detergent. It is even better to simply soak them in lukewarm water with a little detergent for a while and then leave them to air dry. This way, they remain elastic for a long time, do not fade and absorb sweat optimally.
For your own safety and that of your training partner:
Shin guards are an important accessory for training, sparring and competitions for amateurs in Muay Thai, kickboxing, K1, MMA and similar martial arts. They should be worn for all training and sparring and are mandatory for amateur competitions. The thick padding of the Paffen Sport «ALLROUND» shin and instep protectors reduces the impact of kicks and thus helps to prevent bruises, sprains and even fractures. They not only protect the wearer, but also the training and sparring partner.
