Instructions for Shaping the PRO American Style Mouthguard

WARNING: Read all instructions carefully and thoroughly.

Before using the mouthguard, remove the detachable bridge.

• Carefully remove the foil from the plastic cup. Add all the liquid to the powder in the cup and mix with a spoon for 10–20 seconds. Continue mixing until the powder is fully combined and the mixture begins to thicken.

• Immediately use the spoon to fill the mouthguard with the mixture. Make sure the mouthguard is completely filled.

• Let the filled mouthguard sit for at least 2 minutes. It is ready when a light touch leaves a fingerprint.

• Place the mouthguard into your mouth, centered on the upper teeth. Do this slowly and carefully without rushing. When the mouthguard is positioned correctly, press the back section onto the rear teeth, then press the front section over the front teeth. Close your mouth gently into a comfortable position. Do not bite down hard. Keep the mouthguard in your mouth undisturbed for 5 minutes while the mixture sets. After 5 minutes, remove the mouthguard and rinse it with water.

USEFUL TIPS: Excess material can be trimmed with sharp scissors. If you do not want the strap on the mouthguard, it can also be cut off. If a sharp edge remains after trimming, smooth it gently with sandpaper. Clean the mouthguard by rinsing it with hot water and using a toothbrush, toothpaste, or mouthwash.
