The ALLROUND MINT Mouthguard delivers reliable protection for athletes who train in contact and full‑contact sports. It is produced in Germany from safe materials that meet strict food‑grade standards. Users gain confidence knowing the product contains no harmful substances and remains suitable for long‑term use.
A fresh mint flavour enhances comfort during training and competition. This pleasant taste helps maintain a clean feeling in the mouth, even during intense sessions. Two size options ensure a proper fit for both adults and children. The smaller version is shaped to match a child’s jaw and offers stable positioning.
Shaping the mouthguard is simple and requires only basic preparation. The material softens in water heated to a maximum of 65 degrees. Athletes then place it on the upper teeth and press gently to achieve a personalised fit. Boiling water must be avoided, as extreme heat can damage the structure and reduce its protective function.
Regular use of a mouthguard is essential in combat sports. Protection of teeth, lips and gums forms a key part of safe training. A correctly fitted guard can also reduce the risk of concussion by absorbing impact between the upper and lower jaw. Disciplines such as boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, MMA, karate and judo require mouth protection as standard equipment.
Many contact sports outside martial arts also demand reliable protection. Players in American football, ice hockey, handball or basketball face similar risks. Comparable dangers appear in activities like inline skating, skateboarding or mountain biking.
Care for the mouthguard remains straightforward. Rinsing with lukewarm water after training helps maintain hygiene. Storing the product in an open container prevents moisture buildup and mould. Occasional cleaning with a soft toothbrush extends its lifespan. Replacement after one year is recommended for optimal safety.
The ALLROUND MINT Mouthguard stands out as a dependable choice for athletes seeking comfort and protection. Its quality construction, easy shaping process and refreshing flavour make the ALLROUND MINT Mouthguard ideal for both training and competition.
Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to a boil. Prepare a second container with cold water, along with a spoon and a towel.
When the water begins to boil, reduce the heat and use the spoon to submerge the mouthguard in the hot water without letting it touch the sides of the pot.
Leave the mouthguard in water at approximately 65°C for 15–30 seconds. Make sure the mouthguard is not placed in boiling water, as it will become too soft, take on a chewing‑gum consistency, and can no longer be shaped.
After 15–30 seconds, remove the mouthguard. It will be hot, so dip it into the cold water for no more than 2 seconds.
Place the mouthguard onto your upper teeth, press it gently with your fingers, bite down, suck out air and water, and shape it further with your fingers if needed. After molding, place the mouthguard in cold water for one minute to set the shape. If the fit is not ideal, you may repeat the process several times until you achieve the desired result.
For hygiene reasons, the mouthguard cannot be exchanged or returned after purchase.
