Instructions for Use – Heat Molding the Mouthguard

• Bring water to a boil in a pot and prepare a bowl of cold water, a spoon, and a towel.

• When the water starts boiling, submerge the mouthguard using a spoon, making sure it does not touch the sides of the pot.

• Leave it in the boiling water for 15–30 seconds.

• After 15–30 seconds, remove the mouthguard. It will be hot, so place it in the cold water for no more than 2 seconds.

• Insert the mouthguard onto the upper teeth, press it against the teeth with your fingers, bite down, suck out air and water, and shape it further with your fingers if needed. After shaping, place the mouthguard in cold water for one minute. If the desired shape is not achieved, you may repeat the process until it fits properly.
